We have 11 individually designed boutique hotel rooms where you can enjoy a quintessential coastal getaway. All of our bedrooms have modern luxuries helping you escape the ordinary into a calm oasis from the hustle and bustle outside.

We have a selection of stylish and comfortable double rooms to choose from, as well as pet-friendly bedrooms, providing the ideal stop-over for anyone visiting the Poole or Bournemouth for work or pleasure. Just make our friendly reception team know if you require a family or pet-friendly room when booking. We also do a cracking breakfast to set you up for the following day!

We’ve got s limited amount of family-friendly bedrooms. If you need any extra help with a family booking just give us a call and we’ll make all the necessary arrangements.

Staying Over?

How long should you stay in Dorset?

As locals we love our slice of the South Coast and we just know you will too. We think a stay of two nights is pretty perfect. A little less? You’ll have a great time (we promise), but there’s just so much to see and do in and around Dorset that you’ll wish you had an extra night with us. Staying for longer? We’ll give you all the hints and tips to make sure Poole props the top of your coastal break hitlist, time and time again.

What are the best things to do in Dorset?

There’s so much from our lovely little base.

From nearby Canford Cliffs beach, to blue-flag Sandbanks (just a short beach-y stroll away). Take a leafy wander through Compton Acres or sail over to Brownsea Island. Another firm-favourite is a day trip to Swanage on the Sandbanks Ferry.

We love to share our personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in ourgorgeous pub to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple. Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back. Check-out is by 11am.

What time is breakfast?

Brekkie is served from 8am daily. If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

Do you have any family-friendly bedrooms?

Our Boutique and Feature Boutique rooms are family-friendly. There’s have space for cots for little ones and some have fold out beds for bigger little ones. Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Can I bring my dog to stay?

Yes, we love furry four-legged friends just as much as humans.

Our Boutique, Bigger Boutique, and Feature Boutique rooms are all dog-friendly.

Just add your dog to your booking (up to two doggo’s can stay with you for £15 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a super-comfy doggy bed, blanket and tasty tail-wagging treats.

Getting Here

Do you have any parking?

On-site parking is available but if this is full, you’ll find plenty of on-street parking nearby.

How do I get to you via public transport?

We’re a 7-minute cab ride from Branksome train station or 8-minute cab journey from Parkstone train station. You can usually find cabs just outside the station and you’ll be with us in a jiffy.

Booking Bits

Can I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. This includes changes to your package, room and extras (as long as it’s available). The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-amendable.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Of course. When booking online, you have the option to send an invoice in step 2. Missed this step? Not to worry, just ask at Reception and the team will email you a copy. Checked out already? Pop us an email and we’ll send one right over.
